With Faith Home and the basketball court complete, construction of the Joy Multi-purpose Building is progressing quickly! We're continuing to use the same contractor, Serrano Builders, since the Faith Home construction went well and we have good systems in place to keep everything going smoothly. We officially "broke ground" on Joy at the Faith dedication on June 3rd, but digging for the foundation had already begun before that. By late June the foundation was laid, then first floor walls went up quickly, and the second floor was poured (manually?!) in mid July! Second floor walls are now up and the 3rd floor half roof-deck is in progress now.

In the meantime, various site work is ongoing, like necessary retaining walls, an outdoor "gym", and coming soon: playground equipment!
